BlackBuck Solutions was founded in 2023 in Bangalore by Sohail Ahmad, a software engineer who spent years watching agencies over-promise, under-deliver, and staff client projects with juniors who were still learning the basics. The pattern was always the same: impressive pitch decks, senior faces in the sales meeting, and then a revolving door of inexperienced developers once the contract was signed.
BlackBuck was started to prove something simple — that a lean team of senior engineers can deliver better, faster, and more reliably than a 50-person agency. No bench strength padding the headcount. No project managers playing telephone between you and the people actually writing code. Just experienced builders who own every line they ship.
