Services

BlackBuck Solutions provides software development, design, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work between BlackBuck Solutions and the client.

Intellectual property

• All content on this website (text, design, code, logos) is owned by BlackBuck Solutions unless stated otherwise.
• Client deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.
• BlackBuck Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

User conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Payment terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are resolved.

Limitation of liability

BlackBuck Solutions provides services on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackBuck Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as outlined in the project agreement. BlackBuck Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for users who violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
