I already have a website built by someone else. Can you take over?
Yes. We run an audit of your existing site, identify any issues, transfer hosting to our managed infrastructure, and start maintaining it. There's a one-time onboarding fee that covers the audit and migration.
What if I need more updates than my plan allows?
Additional content updates beyond your plan limit are billed at ₹500 per update. Design changes and feature work are quoted separately. Pro plan clients get unlimited content updates.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts — you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What CRM do you use for the Pro plan?
We build a custom CRM tailored to your business using our proven portal platform. It includes customer management, lead tracking, appointment booking, invoicing, and staff access — all in one dashboard.
Do I own my website and data?
Absolutely. You own all code, content, and data. If you ever leave, we provide a complete export of everything — source code, database, assets, and domain transfer assistance.
What's not included?
Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), content writing (we update what you provide), and major feature rebuilds (quoted separately). Everything else — hosting, SSL, backups, security, monitoring — is included.
