The Challenge
Sridevi Industries was managing their entire box pricing, quoting, and order workflow manually with paper records and Excel sheets. Calculating prices for custom box sizes with variable paper grades, flute types, and printing options was time-consuming and error-prone. They needed a mobile solution their sales team could use on the factory floor.
Our Approach
We built a comprehensive Android business management app with an intelligent pricing engine that calculates box costs based on dimensions, paper grades, flute types, and printing specs. The app handles the complete workflow from quote generation to order management, inventory tracking, and employee management. All data is encrypted locally with SQLCipher and synced to Firebase for backup and cross-device access.

The Outcome
The sales team now generates over 200 accurate quotes per month, up from ~50 manual calculations. Quote generation time dropped from 15 minutes to under 30 seconds. The app has eliminated pricing errors and streamlined the entire order-to-delivery workflow.
